Why we built it
A small business in India runs on a dozen tools that do not talk to each other — an invoicing app, a spreadsheet for stock, WhatsApp for the team, a CA who keeps the books in Tally. Every month somebody reconciles them by hand. We built Zynkrow so that the reconciling is not a job: a quote becomes an invoice, a payment, a ledger line and a GST return without anyone typing it twice.
What we believe
- The workspace should be free. Mail, chat, meetings, calendar, documents and files are what every team needs on day one. They cost nothing on Zynkrow and never will.
- Price the organisation, not the seat. A business should be able to add a person without a budget meeting. Every suite and app includes 3 users; the rest is a small per-user price.
- Your data is yours. Export everything at any time. Books export to Tally for your CA. Delete the account and it is gone.
- India first. GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS, UPI, WhatsApp — built in, not bolted on.
