Cookie Policy

Zynkrow uses a small number of cookies. Inside the product they are all functional — the pages you sign in to and work in set nothing for advertising. Our public marketing pages additionally run two measurement tags, described below.
Cookies we set
- kiyuone_sso — your sign-in session for Zynkrow and the single sign-on flow (httpOnly, expires after 30 days or when you sign out).
- Product session cookies — individual Zynkrow apps set their own session cookies once you sign in to them.
Measurement on our public pages
- Meta Pixel — our public pages (this site's home, sign-in, sign-up and these policy pages) load the Meta Pixel from
connect.facebook.net. It tells us how many people arrived from a Meta ad and how many went on to create an account, and it lets Meta cookies (_fbp, and_fbcwhen you arrive from an ad) recognise a returning browser. It records the page you viewed, not the content of your account. - Google Analytics 4 — the same public pages load Google's
gtag.js. It counts visits and shows us which pages people read and where they came from, using Google's_gacookies to tell a returning browser from a new one.
Neither tag runs inside the signed-in product — your invoices, contacts, chats and other business records are never sent to them.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; note that blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in from working. Using "Sign out everywhere" on your account page removes your Zynkrow session immediately. To opt out of the measurement tags specifically, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, Meta's own ad preferences, or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on — nothing on this site stops working without them.
