Until September, Zynkrow had one trial for everything: fourteen days from signup, every suite open. It sounded generous and it worked badly. People opened three apps in the first week, forgot the rest, and the clock ran out before they reached the one they actually needed.
Now: a trial per app
Every paid app has its own 15-day trial that starts the day you first open it. Try Books this month and Tasks next month; each gets its full fifteen days. A suite you buy covers its apps; an app you try alone keeps its own clock.
Why autopay first
Before a trial starts, you authorise autopay with a ₹1 verification that is refunded. We know that is one more step. We chose it for two reasons.
First, an app that stops working on day sixteen because a card was never added is a bad day for a business that has just moved its invoices in. With autopay, the app simply carries on.
Second, it keeps the trial honest for us: we invest in people who intend to use the product, and we can afford to make the trial long.
You can switch autopay off at any time from Plans & Billing. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged — not a rupee.
Billed by the day
Monthly billing counts the days you actually had the app. Start on the 13th, and the first invoice is the 13th to the 30th; the full month comes after that, on one GST invoice between the 1st and the 5th. Yearly plans take the same start date and run a year from it.
