About the role
Account Manager helping Indian businesses set up and run on Zynkrow — from the first invoice to the whole team on board. Zynkrow is a small team in Gurgaon; the work you do reaches real businesses the same week it ships.
What you will do
- Answer customers by chat, mail, WhatsApp and phone — fast, clear and kind
- Set new customers up: company details, GST, team, the first apps
- Spot patterns in questions and turn them into Knowledge Base articles or product fixes
- Keep customers successful, renewing and recommending us
What we look for
- You like people and you like solving their problems
- Clear Hindi and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with software; accounting or GST basics are a plus
- Patient, organised, and honest when something is our fault
