About the role
Business Analyst on product data, business metrics and the assistant (Ask Zyn) inside Zynkrow's apps. Zynkrow is a small team in Gurgaon; the work you do reaches real businesses the same week it ships.
What you will do
- Define and track the metrics the company runs on — activation, retention, revenue
- Build the pipelines, models or dashboards the role calls for
- Answer hard questions with data, in plain language
- Work with product and engineering on what to build next
What we look for
- SQL and a scripting language; the tools the role needs (Python, BI tools, ML frameworks)
- Shipped analyses, models or dashboards that changed a decision
- Rigour about data quality
- Plain-English explanations of technical results
