About the role
HR Executive building the team that builds Zynkrow — hiring, onboarding, policies and people. Zynkrow is a small team in Gurgaon; the work you do reaches real businesses the same week it ships.
What you will do
- Hire well and fast: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
- Onboard people so their first week is productive
- Keep policies, payroll inputs and compliance clean
- Be the person people come to when something is wrong
What we look for
- Experience in HR or recruiting, ideally at a small company
- Clear communication, sound judgement, discretion
- Comfortable with HR and payroll tools
- Warm, organised, firm when needed
