Invite
Open Account → Team and add a person by email or mobile. They get an invitation mail with a link; the link signs them in and drops them on your launcher.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including billing and deleting the organisation. There is exactly one.
- Admin — manages members, apps and settings; cannot delete the organisation.
- Member — uses the apps they are given.
Roles live on the account, not in an app. An app never has its own team list, so a person removed from the account loses every app at once.
Seats and price
Every organisation price includes 3 users. From the 4th person on, each costs the app's or suite's per-user price. The free workspace has no per-user charge.
