Hosting
Zynkrow runs on servers in India. Data is stored per organisation; one organisation can never read another's records.
Access
Only members of your organisation, with the roles you set, can open your data. Zynkrow staff do not open customer data except to resolve a support request you raise, and every such access is logged.
Encryption
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed; Vault items are encrypted at rest.
Your data is yours
Export any app's data as XLSX or CSV at any time, and Books as a Tally file. Delete the organisation from Account and its data is removed after the retention period in our Privacy Policy.
