Every file in every app — attachments, recordings, scans, invoices — counts against one pool for the organisation. The free workspace comes with the pool shown on Pricing; every paid app or suite raises it. Usage is on Plans & Billing → Storage.
Ask Zyn
Ask Zyn is the assistant inside the apps. It runs on daily credits per user; the free workspace includes a daily allowance, paid apps raise it. When the day's credits are used, Ask Zyn waits until midnight (IST); the apps keep working.
