From any document
Every invoice, quote, receipt and appointment has Send: mail, WhatsApp, or copy a link. Mail goes from your Zynkrow Mail address; WhatsApp opens a chat with the PDF link and a payment link where there is one.
Reminders
Accounting sends payment reminders on the schedule you set — for example 3 days before due, on the due date, and every 7 days after. Appointments sends confirmations and reminders to customers. Calendar reminds your own people.
What the customer sees
A clean page with your logo, the document, and a Pay button where it applies. No login is needed unless you have given them a Client Portal.
